How it works

We understand how each client case is unique. 

 

Sometimes you may need full paraplanning support for a case.  This means we will get involved in a case right at the start with research and analysis through to completion. 

 

Other times you may just need a Suitability Report. 

 

We are able to provide the level of paraplanning support you need for each case.

 

Typically the process when completing a full case from start to finish is broken down into 6 distinct areas:-

Web Consultation

Initial Appraisal

When we receive your factfind, risk profiler and meeting notes we read these documents through in detail to help us to build the picture.  At this stage we upload a 'Case Summary Document' to your secure portal which confirms timescales, costs, our understanding of the case and advising you of any initial queries we have.

Suitability Report

At this point we then liaise with you to clarify the current situation for the clients portfolio and confirm the results of our research.  After discussion, you will decide the appropriate route forward for the client.

We then set to work, analysing your clients existing plans and policies to start to build the bigger picture.  At this stage we complete 'Policy Information Forms' and these are uploaded to your secure portal.

Literature

We then obtain the supporting pre-sale documents, such as Key Features booklets, Terms & Conditions booklets, application forms, illustrations and any other documentation relevant to the case.

Research

The next stage is to then research the underlying funds.  We have our own FE Analytics licence, if required, to undertake this research.

Over to you

Once all the documents are uploaded to your Secure Portal, you will receive a notification advising the case is ready to view and download.  The Suitability Reports are always in MS Word format as well as PDF at this stage as this allows you to make any amendments or additional personalisation if needed.
